SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is via USPS or FedEx, and for most orders the current production time is 1-2 business days. Larger orders do require more time.

We ship via USPS first class mail, priority mail and offer expedited shipping for an additional cost.

All packages are insured with tracking.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We will work with you to make sure you are happy. Returns are offered on standard image items. We do not offer returns on any personalized items, which also includes recipe tea towels.

For returns: you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and it must have tracking and be insured. Once received, we will inspect the item(s) and will issue a full refund for the product only (no ship costs) if there is no damage or defects.
